Is there a playground as SSR?

Just wondering if there is a playground at SSR? Also, do you know if the special access water slide is reserved for those with physical limitations or can my 2 year old go down this slide (as the regular slide is not tame enough...yet)? Thanks for your replies

Yes, there is a playground. It looks fun from the pictures I've seen. Not sure about the slide.

Not sure if the smaller slide at SSR is the one you are calling the special access, but I believe it is for anyone who wants to use it. Our DGD (2 1/2 yrs) used it alot when we were down there in January. She loved it. No one told us it wasn't for us to use. Good Luck and enjoy SSr. It is a wonderful resort. We are so happy that it is our "Home." "Beam me to WDW"

My daughter used the special access waterslide in December - she tried the big one but it was a little too wild for her. Lots of smaller kids were using it.

There is a small playgroud next to the quiet pool.
