Can you bring back an old mug that you have from a prior stay and have it reactivated just like buying a new one? There are really only so many of these I actually need and it would be a waste for me to keep having to get new ones every time we did a stay and wanted to buy a resort mug for use. Thanks!

Yes but you need to pay the same price to get it reactivated, and if you have had it in a high heat dishwasher it is likely that the chip is fried.

I was thinking this exact same question today. If they'd give us almost any break on the cost, it would be worth it to me to reuse an old mug. But no break? Might as well buy a new one, even if it means throwing away the old.
C'mon Disney-give us a few dollars' break.
