Is the new queue at Peter Pan's Flight open at rope drop?

I read previous posts they weren't fully opening the new queue until the lines built up. Is this still true? We plan on trying it at rope drop, but really want to see the new queue.

It was about 15 mins after RD last Tues - line was already posted at 30 mins though so not sure if it opened right at RD.

We were there a month ago...one morning it was open at RD, one morning it was not! We have asked CMs at other rides (Pirates) if we could go over to the other line and take pictures of the skeletons playing chess (only now in the FP+ line) and they have been great it letting us check it out. I am sure if you want to see the new queue that they would probably let you go through. When it was blocked off at rope drop the one time it was only a chain.

We went to PP at 7am EMH rope drop last Thursday. We were some of the first people through the line, walked right through. New interactive queue was open.

We did PP three times at rope drop earlier this month. One was a 9am opening, one was an EMH morning, and one was an 8am opening (not EMH). PP was our first ride, and the interactive queue was open every time.

We went straight to PP first thing after getting there 20 minutes after RD on an EMH morning. We went through the queue.
