Is the food and wine pass worth it?

This seems like a good way to do food and wine. Am I missing something?

We were there 3/21-3/23. Had plans to do the Sip and Savor. IF you are starting at DCA in the am then maybe yes it is worth it. IF during the week and not weekend then yes probably worth it.

If you go with a plan it should be fine! But go with a plan. I thought we had one... it was not a good one lol. Ended up good but we did none of the festival.

We started in DL in am and hopped. DCA was literally a madhouse by then on Friday, and Saturday was 10X worse if that is possible. Like I cannot even express lol. We bailed on our plan and went to the Craftsman Bar at the Grand and it was lovely.

It looks like a good way if there are enough menu items that you want to try. Also, get in line before you're hungry and have a cold drink with you. I was there on Friday and the line to order food was long and very slow. People weren't looking at the menu until it was there turn to order. Then, it was taking them a long time to discuss with their group what they were going to order.

I think absolutely! We're from out of town, and have at least an idea of what we want to try. Maybe get one to start with and share with your group. Then if there are other things you like and want to try, get another. Order everything at one time from one booth, then pick up at the other booths. But be warned: if you lose your receipt, you're out of luck! Just hold on to that receipt and pick up from the other booths throughout the day as you like. (Just keep an eye on hours and be aware they can run out of stuff.)
