Is Member Services closed on Monday?

We celebrate Martin Luther King day here on Monday. I want to make priority seatings and order the DDE card. Will the offices in Florida be closed on Mon?

I'm not sure member services can process the DDE card. There is a special department for that. Call 407-566-5858. Perhaps if you did call MS through the 800# they could transfer you.

Actually, I asked my guide Friday if she was off Monday and she said they were not closed and that she'd be working to make up som eextra time she took off before. So, we can call I guess.

I think the guides work every day, just like other WDW employees. It's MS that takes weekends and holidays off. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try calling Monday I called just now and got the standard closed for the weekend tape.

Just an fyi...When I first posted my reply, I went to my vacattion planner, in the back it has a chart to keep track of my points, on the back of that chart is a calendar, that lists what days MS is closed. And Monday is one of them.
That's where I got this info.
