Is MDE Down for Anyone else today 5/21/16 ?

I was looking at some room rates for an August trip and after you enter dates and select a resort it has a message on top that says
Booking is currently unavailable. We are working to restore availability as soon as possible. Please check back later

So it's not even roll out days that have issues. It's all the dang time. I'm not sure how anyone can say they don't have issues with their website. Maybe not all of IT but their web dept has problems. A level of problems not found elsewhere.
 
Been trying all morning to check dining in app and website- still down

Also, what is your log in? A user name or an email address?
I had a weird situation in that a few months ago, when they did their last change to accounts, I had to go from using an email account to using a username. When most everyone else was the other way around. If I logged in with my email address I had no friends/family, no tickets, no ADR, no FP, nothing. But if I use the username (that came from the Movie account) I saw everything.
That worked till Saturday. Then the username showed nothing and I tried my email and sure enough, everything was back. It still works only with the email address.
Wacky for sure.
But long answer is, try the other log in, if you have 2

No go! Just tried email address and it won't even let me in so I'm guessing that is no longer valid since the same happened to me a few months ago where I had to change to a user name.

Now I can't even book a cash reservation on this site. :headache:

Try clicking for it to send you your password. I had to do that too. Even though I knew the password. That did the trick.
Though they are having significant difficulties today (more than usual)
But, I did manage to get mine reset on Saturday when it was also in bad shape
 
I just called DME to change my flight/day of arrival and they were unable to change any reservations over the phone due to a system update. CM said to call back later so sounds like whole system is down right now.

Hmm... Yeah I'm getting intermittent success with Ohana now...

(and by intermittent success I mean it's sometimes telling me there are no tables available! :D )
 
This is a cluster....! I just got on the phone to purchase DVC points to add BWV to my reservation which shows availabilty but I'm getting a message to call back at 2PM due to system outage. Now I will definitely lose that reservation AND the beat goes on!

Maybe, maybe not. More than likely, no one else can book it either. So there is hope

I just called to to make a reservation and was told the same thing. They are updating the system and to call back in a few hours.

Could be but by the time I get someone online to purchase the points beforehand, I'm sure it will be gone.

That day I had we arrived at the resort at like 10:00. Couldn't check in, couldn't use dining plan, couldn't even get our tickets. The gave everyone comp tickets for that day to use to go to the parks.
We weren't planning to go to the parks, just planning to swim till our room was ready. Well, they told us an hour. An hour went by, nothing. Told us 2:00. 2:00 came and went and they told us 3:00. 3:00 came and by that point I was getting perturbed as they didn't have any guess. I got a bit tiffed and said I expect them to find us a room, as we were now past official checkin time. They did find our room but still no dining plan or tickets. They weren't even able to provide the refill mugs. Had a list and everyone that got one wrote their name down and I guess they indicated later that you got your mug.

:scared1: If I didn't get my room by check-in time, I wouldn't be a happy camper either. They should have at least given free vouchers for a meal, a drink or something!
