Is it possible to get walk-in seating at Storybook Dining at Artist Point?

Leaving for WDW this week, and Hubby and I made all our other dining reservations at the 180 day mark, but since then we’ve heard good things about Storybook Dining at Artist Point. We’d like to do an early dinner the day we want to eat there. I believe they start serving dinner at 4:00pm. Is it possible to get there right when they open and score a table? We’ve never tried this before with any Disney dining...we usually have reservations to everything! If anyone knows about this or has tried this, please share your experience!

I would try using the TP reservation finder. A lot of stuff will open up in the weeks leading up to your trip.

We decided while in the world to switch to this meal and had several options pop up in the 72 hours before we wanted to eat there. Ended up with our exact preferred time. This was all for a party of 5.

Thank you! Yes, we definitely plan to keep checking every day as it gets closer! We’ve had success with that before with other last minute reservations. I was just wondering if we aren’t able to get one booked at all, if it is even possible to get in if we just walk-in as soon as they open?

If there are no reservations available even after checking that day, it means they're fully booked, so no. That wouldn't work at most restaurants, but especially not a character meal that's so new and popular.
