I totally agree with hearing someone talk who sounds like he/she needs to clear his/her throat. It makes my eyes water!
Radio that isn't tuned in all the way and is static-y and goes in and out.

Being poked in the belly button- have fun with that. I have no idea how I know, but if you don't believe me, try it. It is an icky feeling.

I can't stand the sound of whispering! I can usually hear their lips smack together! Ahhh! It's even worse when it's on tv! I love the show "Ghost Hunters" but when they whisper (which is a lot) I just die!

I also hate it when people have a whistle sound when making the "S" sound!

Mrs. Charming, I think we're identical twins! That is word-for-word what I was going to post. I have a serious problem with it. Two of my bridesmaids had gum at my wedding (15 years ago) and I still remember how edgy it made me during the ceremony. How dare they!
