Is Belle there for breakfast at Be Our Guest?

We made breakfast reservations for Be Our Guest, but I have heard conflicting information about whether or not Belle is at the breakfast. Maybe you guys can help!

Well, I have never once read that Belle was there.

Be Our Guest breakfast and lunch are not character meals. The Beast appears at dinner, but only walks through the dining rooms and then is available to meet in the library.

As far as I know, Belle has never made an appearance at BoG for any meal time. Where did you read that?

Belle does not appear @ BOG. You can see her at the Enchanted Tales with Belle attraction. When we had dinner @BOG in June a CM said we could find Belle back by Gaston's Tavern but we didn't go back there to find her. I'm curious if she is back there in her blue & white dress. That was the first time I heard you could find her back there.
