New Disneyland videos on Disney+

Disney+ has just posted a bunch of videos celebrating Disneyland's 70th anniversary today. Some of them are existing Disney+ videos, such as the Behind the Attraction series. But I think the POV videos are new. I'm just watching the one for Radiator Springs Racers--and they filmed it at night, yay!! The best time to ride RSR.

I see 11 ride videos and six walkthroughs of various lands in DL and DCA. I hope they'll give you more soon!

We watched a few of these last night and they're all really good. The Incredibles one on our big screen made us feel a bit like we were riding the coaster. I love Disneyland at night so all of the walk-throughs of the lands were great. I hope they'll do this for WDW as well. It would be cool if they could add Guardians and the Matterhorn at some point.

I watched Incredicoaster. I do wish the camera would turn to look at the scenes, particularly at the start end end. It is a nice, high-quality recording of it though.

Yeah, my wife commented that while it was enjoyable, it would be cool if you could turn the camera to look around. The end scene is not as cool because the camera just pointed forward. On Haunted Mansion, the camera moved around to take it all in which was nice.

She wondered if Disneyland did some of the walk throughs of the lands because of all the low quality livestreams that people sign up to watch and then looked in my direction.

Remember folks... these POV videos NEVER EVER EVER EVER substitute being in the parks IRL, IN REAL TIME.

Overall, these are great. They are perfect for ride cowards who get to see the ride without actually having to ride it. However, I do have one small complaint and I realize this is me being super annoying and nit-picky. The CarsLand walkthrough was fantastic, but I do wish the camera crew had taken an extra few seconds to stand directly facing Flo's so people could really get a great view of it in all it's neon wonder.
