Is Aurora still in Town Square?

Going next March with my DDs, one of which is huge Aurora fan. We don't have as much time this trip and was going to cut out a day at EPCOT to go to US instead. Would love to still meet Aurora without having to book CRT. Does anyone know if she is still in Town Square near City Hall? Is it at particular times?

She does get evicted every once in a while, although I was able to catch her before Santa sent her packing.

I think she appears in France (she is a French fairy tale, after all!).

It just seems like she is tossed around a lot - her dad got evicted from the castle (used to be King Stephan's dining hall), the Frozen girls kicked her out of fairy tale hall (wenches), Tinkerbelle and Co. kicked her out of Mickey's area (stupid fairies) and Santa and Easter Bunny kick her out of town square. What gives? Check with a character CM and they should be able to help you out better.
