iPhone App for embellishing Disney pics. FOUND IT

So I have an instagram account and follow several people who post Disney photos. I see photos that have been edited and have Disney-ish things added. for example I see a lot of photos the Mickey silhouettes on them. I can't post them here because they aren't my pics. I have been looking all over for an app that will allow me to do it but I can't seem to find it. I have asked the people that post the pics but for whatever reason they haven't answered.

SO does anybody know what the app may be? I would really appreciate any help.

it's called Real Bokeh. It has a Mickey silhouette overlay. I have seen it on pictures on instagram, but nobody seems to want to tell what app it is. I have been googling trying to find it for a couple weeks.
