IOA - Fortune Teller - Predictions coming true!!

I just think that certain people are more sensitive to the vibes than others and can pick it it up. It's not the first time for me - that's why I am not scared - just a bit unnerved because I don't know who it is. Another example: absolutely true, when I was a child of about 7 - we lived in a big very old house. Always very late at night, you could hear a whistling when I was asleep in my room. It sounded like it came from the fireplace. I had two beds in my room and my grandmother slept in the other when she came to stay. She would say "What's that whistling?". My mum said it must be someone from outside - but my grandmother would rattle on and on that it sounded like it was coming from the room!! And......I always felt someone tucking me in during the night.....my mum and dad would be in bed.....!!

The fortune teller at IOA is very good. She predicted things that at the time I thought - well that's not going to happen.....but it did! They are personal but she said about 6 things and 4 have come true! It's why I started the thread - although we have mainly been talking about this ghost in my house - I would still be very interested to hear if anyone else has had true predictions from her.

They have more than one at Universal. Once when I was there an African American lady insisted that she was the "real deal" where as her coworker (caucasion) was not. The caucasion lady rolled her eyes (to her it was just a job - entertainment). My friend went with the African American lady (some of what she said was indeed true at the time...for instance " you and your husband are more like brother and sister - there is no intimancy between you." kind of a personal thing to know about someone who by the way hadn't slept with her husband in over a year.)

My experience with the other lady was unremarkable.

As far as "ghosts" - I've seen two in my life but they weren't "bumps in the night or sounds or anything like that". When I saw them it was very brief flashes (like in the time it takes to snap your fingers) of fully formed "people" (just like you would see a living person standing right there in the room with you) but the image vanishes quickly. One was clearly my father (who passed away a few years ago) and another I suspect was a cousin but he appeared to me as a little boy rather than the age when he died (42). I think he was more comfortable being 10 than being 42. ....Just figured since we are telling ghost stories I'd share my own.
I also have had dream visits - these are easier for the sprit because the living person is on a better "frequency" during sleep than during waking hours). Theoretically (sp?), a sprit's energy is much faster than ours (like on the electromagnetic field). We are slowed WAY down by the fact that we are in our bodies. For the two to meet - we have to speed up and they have to slow down. Some people are "better wired" for this than others in our physical form.

Puffy2 - you have obviously read quite a bit on this. It's fascinating and sounds so plausible. I often have had dream visits from my dad.
