International Gateway

Can you enter EPCOT through this area?

If so, what's the quickest way to get there from Old Key West...without a car? I'm assuming the easiest way is to just take an EPCOT bus and walk to World Showcase but I was trying to get in before the crowds make their way there.

That's your best bet (Bus from OKW). International Gateway is simply
an entrance point to EPCOT (a backdoor for the EPCOT resorts). The walk from the main entrance at EPCOT to IG is about 20 minutes - stay to your right (past Canada and UK) as you enter WS.

I'm not following you. International gateway is the entrance to WS from the Boardwalk/Beach/Yacht/Swolphin resorts. So if you took a bus to Epcot and walked through to the International Gateway, you would already be IN Epcot. If you are thinking that you just want to get into Epcot the back way, there is no easy way to do this without a car. You would have to take a bus to some park (anyone would do) and then another bus to one of the above resorts. From there you can walk to IG.

Okay....I'll rephrase my response. You can enter Epcot though IG.
Only if you are staying at Swan/Dolphin, BC, YC, BW or walking from
MGM. If you are driving, your options are limited for parking at the
above mentioned with the exception of MGM. Hope that helps. The best way from OKW ...is bus to Epcot - period.
