DD's high school is the Crimson Tide. They have someone who dresses up in a duck costume (Tidey the Duck ) at home games.

Haybalers and Fighting Farmers ...LOL..........reminds me of the following....
DD has a friend who moved here freshman year from Utah...he's a great hockey player and made Varsity his freshman year. Reportedly, the topic of team names/mascots came up in conversation in the locker room one day. Being new in town, and one of the youngest on the team, he got a lot of teasing (affectionately) when he mentioned that had he stayed in the town he lived in in Utah, he would have played for the "BEET DIGGERS" !!!.
