My sons high school are the Oilers, and my daughters Jr. High are the Wildcatters.

My ds15 attends HS.. his HS mascot is THE HOLLISTER HAYBALERS...... NO KIDDING! Ya they get razzed alot when the head into the city for away games.

San Benito County was the largest Hay Producer in the nation before the turn of the 20th century.

Our team was the Oilers! I now have a ds on the freshman Oiler team. My ds in jr high is the Diamondbacks.

We were the Broncos.

DS is a Fighting Farmer - I'll never get over that one, especially since they were our arch rivals when I was in HS. The mascot has a big scary head and wears overalls and a farmer hat. They hold their fingers up in a position that looks like an "L" (actually looks like the sign for "loser").

My sister recently moved to a town where the mascot is the Pretzels - Huh?

We were the Central Chargers. So our mascot was someone dressed up as a knight on a horse. Of course the mascots have to have a horse.

I graduated as a Red Devil - the next year we had two high schools and the other mascot was a Raider - we now are back to one school and we are the Wolves.

OMG now you've got me laughing.....

First of all I was a Knight and DH was a Bulldog.

In Jr. High we were the Warriors but for some stupid reason they changed it to the Aardvarks!!
That lasted one year and we were the Warriors again.

When I was coaching at the HS DH graduated from, my girls' varsity was the LADY BULLDOGS which also translates into..... You get the idea.

I made it clear to the media and anyone else concerned that we would be known as the Bulldogs as long as I was in charge.
