Info sheet for entire party?

Hi all! We're taking a party of 11 to WDW in June. Yes, I know it's early to be thinking about this, but planning is part of the fun, after all!!!!!

I'm putting together info sheets for everyone in the party so we all know who's coming/going/where/when, etc.....What are some things you would include on yours? Here's what I have so far:

flight arrivals/departures/numbers
hotel reservation numbers
phone numbers of all in party, hotel, Disney info

What else can I be anal retentive about?

ADR's / Dining info?

We've got 17 going in May, and I just got finished making folders for everyone. I did an itinerary with a park or other activity each day, 1 ADR per day (some are whole group, others are smaller portions of the group), confirmation #s, info on parade/show times, etc. I had some old park maps around, so I included those for the folks who've never been before. And we have a few folks with special dietary needs, so I gathered up what info I found on that and printed it up as well. Oh, and the best thing: a couple months back I asked here on the boards for advice on going with a large group, and I saved the responses & printed them out on a sheet to hand out to everyone. It was great to get advice from those who've BTDT, and to be able to share it with the group so that expectations would be realistic. It included things like not trying to all stay together all the time, respecting other's needs to sleep in or be at rope drop or stay up late, not being upset but not changing the plans if people are late, having cell phones to communicate, etc.

How about general reminders:

- ponchos for the rain
-height requirements for the rides
- what you can (and should/should not) bring into the parks

If you're doing the "child swap" thing where some adults will take the other adults kids for the evening (so some adults can have alone time), then it might be helpful to plan those in advance so everyone knows who will be where.
