For those who do not do the dining plan...what less expensive restaurants have you found? We've done Sci-Fi and Plaza and found to be able to get out of those without spending a fortune. Are there others????

We eat our sit down meal for lunch...this can significantly reduce the cost of our bill. Entrees/buffets are less expensive during lunch time and we really love the air-conditioned sit down service as a mid day break. For dinner, Trail's End buffet is the least expensive buffet and Liberty Tree Tavern has some inexpensive sandwiches on their lunch menu. As a matter of fact, even Le Cellier has some sandwiches that are around $15 for lunch. Take a look at the menus online and you might be surprised at the cost of lunch entrees. While not cheap (by normal standards), they are reasonably priced for WDW.

I agree with eating your sit-down meal at Lunch. Prices are usually much cheaper.

Via Napoli is a pretty inexpensive sit-down at Epcot (however I think lunch and dinner are same price?).

Magic Kingdom they're all similarly expensive. Animal Kingdom as well.

Hollywood Studios has 50s and Mama Melrose which are pretty inexpensive.
