Thanks, Lisa!
I am not anti-protein by any means. I know that when you are building muscle, Protein is President. No worries there. I just have issues with protein being the answer to everything. As a country, we eat too much of it. And the all-protein, no-carb craze is infuriating. But I digress once again...
Thanks for your training program...it is pretty close to mine. I was just reading somewhere (Bingham, maybe?) that a good way stay Half Ready is to cycle your long runs. Like if Sunday is your long run day, then the first Sunday you run 5, the next 8, and the next 10, then back to 5. And so on. (Of course, this assumes you are already prepared for a Half to begin with.) I wish I could remember where I read this. If it was Bingham, I will trust it. If not...then

Baylor. Shelby just turned 14 and I feel your pain. Not looking forward to David hitting the teen scene.....
I made to myself, can I make up the time next week...or is it strictly looked at as a weekly breakdown vs average...?
...yes I will do them for me...but at the end of the day...wondering where I will stand for the month...can you imagine all the stupid clarifying questions I asked in classes?
Those were good times.
Serious muscle fatigue
gonna go back and see what I missed since last night
) They are rebelridgeboergoats (dot) com.
Although I may have one today (shhhh...don't tell anyone, 'K?)
I think a lot of us are prone to that right after the holidays. You spend so much time on warp speed, making sure everything is *just right* for everyone else...then once it's over - BOOM. You're done. Just exhausted physically & mentally. You need a little R & R....a few good nights sleep and some mental breaks.
