I am not anti-protein by any means. I know that when you are building muscle, Protein is President. No worries there. I just have issues with protein being the answer to everything. As a country, we eat too much of it. And the all-protein, no-carb craze is infuriating. But I digress once again...
Thanks for your training program...it is pretty close to mine. I was just reading somewhere (Bingham, maybe?) that a good way stay Half Ready is to cycle your long runs. Like if Sunday is your long run day, then the first Sunday you run 5, the next 8, and the next 10, then back to 5. And so on. (Of course, this assumes you are already prepared for a Half to begin with.) I wish I could remember where I read this. If it was Bingham, I will trust it. If not...then
