ok...gonna go back and read more of what I missed....
I'm not going to ride my bike. My whole "area" feels rough. Those padded shorts sound better this morning.
Been there, done that

I would like an exercise that where the focus is on my buttocks. I want butt fatigue.
Popsicle stick squats, baby! They'll do your hiney good!![]()
Erika, Lyz, Nancy - where can I buy the pads for bike riding? Links, please. After last weekend's 10-miler I was wishing for something!
Don't have a link at the moment....but I'll see what I can find!
And he is great with maps and directions. Me? I am worse than Nancy. Really.
Honey, I'm not so sure that is possible. Remember....paper bag, both ends open, bag is wet...Nancy STILL can't get out. Oh yeah...and her compass in her car is stuck on "south"...![]()
Abu - did you tell us you had a miscarrage? I'm confused
I feel so gross and sweaty. I should go take a shower. *striiip* OH MY LORD! It looks like somebody stabbed me in the...![]()
*bows*
I'll be here all week. Don't forget to tip your waitress and try the veal!
Stephanie You only use butterfly needles??? That's cheating! (J/K, that is what the instructors told us when they were teaching us!) I don't see what the big deal is.
EriKa & Nancy - yaay, some other AR watchers. I LOVE that show.
Yeah - I'd LOVE to do that show...but DH & I don't have an interesting enough "back story" to make for "good tv"...![]()
Popsicle Stick Squats? - gonna have to google that.
Get yourself 8 popsicle sticks (from a craft place. if you EAT the popsicles to get them...well...defeating the purpose, now isn't it!)
so - you squat to drop stick #1. Then, squat to PICK UP stick #1. Then squat 2 times to drop stick #1 (again) and stick #2. Then squat 2 times to pick up (ONE AT A TIME) stick #1, then #2. (catching the pattern yet?). Then it's on to #3....drop #1, #2, #3, then pick up #1, #2, #3....
Make sure you are truly squatting to drop & pick up - not bending over...![]()
add a little sumthin' by doing a lunge on each leg (ie left leg lunge, then right leg) in between your last "pick up" and your next round of "drops".
Trust me - your fanny will be feelin' it!
Nancy, Paula, Liz, Lyz, Steph, Dawn....thanks for the words last night.![]()
Ok, have to get the kids up and going. Then I am going to run TO the gym, get a workout it, and then run back home. Good plan, no?
GREAT plan!I'm gonna bike...
..and yeah, Lyz...gonna wear my diaper pants!

Have a great day! And Dan...nice to see you...it is your turn to bring the funny. You can't lurk for months and then resurface without the funny, mmm-kay?

I am really sorry you thought that was funny. It wasn't meant that way.
I actually just wrote several paragraphs of stuff and then deleted it. I don't want to pollute this thread. I have been here for over 400 pages and this is the first post that I have made in all that time that is not 100% supportive. So I will leave the rest of my comments unsaid.
I have met amazing people here...AMAZING. And collectively we have lost something like 380 pounds (though I have lost count recently). The support we have here works. We have done things none of us would have ever thought possible. We have run half marathons, 5ks, raised money for charities, worked out issues with relationships, gotten new jobs, and tons of other accomplishments.
And in all that time, you are the first person to post here who is not supportive. You make no effort to offer encouragement or hugs when people are down. And you make no effort to congratulate others on their successes. Sad, really. When this is a place that has been so helpful to so many.
I guess I am not sure why you are here? You seem not to be into the support aspect. You seem not to be actively working on your weight (since you haven't joined the challenge, and only post about going on eating binges). So...?
Nancy, Paula, Liz, Lyz, Steph, Dawn....thanks for the words last night.![]()

okey dokey....gotta hit that bike so I can get to work on time...ttyl!
And Sarah! Missed you yesterday. Hope all is well. Are you still in job hell? I am thinking so.
Ok, so tomorrow is weigh-in day for the challenge. How is everyone doing? Me....well, exercise is going great, natch![]()
, but food...eh. I am not eating crap at all. Just too much. Like instead of 7 almonds for a protein snack, I had something like 20+. That type of thing. Last night I went out for GNO though and had a large salad, ff balsamic vinagrette. So that was great since we were at an Italian place. Of course, I drank some calories with dinner as well...

I will post the challenge in a sec so that it is accessible and up to date for tomorrow.

Ok, now we are all set! WOO HOO! Let's get ON IT!
Erika, you are insane, in a good kind of way.Running TO and FROM the gym?
She NUTS I tell you I wish I had that much energy!!!!
You go! How many miles? 20?Again my butt would be soo sore!!! YOUARE ALL GODDESS!
Good vibes to all on the weigh in! I passed - I've got an international trip penciled in in 2 weeks, and I suck at weight loss when I just go to Tucson, let alone over an ocean...
Paula - you must be doing something right! Onion rings and still a weight loss!
Only 5 more weeks until daylight savings time ends! I'm sick of sun-up at 7am and pitch black outside at 7:30pm. I am so back on the wagon and so hating the dark. If I want to do something aerobic inside I bounce on the mini-tramp. No dreadmill, no stepper, no nothing.
