Nancy, that's great you're going to finish your degree! Good luck!
Vickie,
Kathy, I can't believe he is a senior!
Ellen, it sounds like you had a good weekend. I wrote out a post to your comments about Wheat Belly but I forgot to post them?
I am back on gluten to get medical tests done and I am feeling rather lousy. The test is on the 29th. I am hoping it all goes according to plan.
Welcome home, Glynis! You looked like you were having a great time! I am looking forward to hearing about it. I can't believe Alan was working 13-22 hour days. That is insane. I am exhausted at the end of 8 hour days.
Let's see...you want mundane details.
I woke up at 6:15. I left at 7:00. The Today Show intro "du du du duhhhh duh duuuuh duuhhhh duuuh" music is my cue to exit stage left.
Work was uneventful, but this is a good thing. Too many curve balls in the day can drive a person batty. Even with an uneventful day, for some reason at 3:30 I had no idea what day it was. A friend informed me it was Monday. How I forgot this is a mystery.
After school I took the dog to the vet. She went a few weeks ago because her skin was all itchy and she had patches of fur falling out. They said it's possible she has a food intolerance and needs some unique food. One suggestion was kangaroo. Seriously, this is getting to be one expensive free dog. Really, what mutt gets food imported from Australia? Braised kangaroo with a side of wallaby.
She also needed some vaccinations and antibiotics at that visit, which ended up at $200+.
The nice thing about this vet is follow up visits are only $22. The funny thing is that the antibiotics she got were the SAME ONES that I had gotten a few months back. Fortunately, it looks like they worked and we can keep getting Purina at Walmart.
The other night I had a dream I went back to work at my old school in New York. I was very upset and crying that I wanted to go back to New Orleans because all my friends had left that school, and nobody even knew where to find two of them.
I'm not sure how it ended; the thunder woke me up before I had any conclusion in the dream (nightmare).
