One thing is for certain. Right now the market certainly does not place that much value on a resort that expires 15 years later. Look at DVC's rack rate on the "new" OKW contracts, only increased like $4 per point? also, look at the closest comparison we have, SSR. I find it hard to believe that the market value on extended OKW contracts will be substantially different from SSR contracts.

The fair mkt system says those 15 years are worth 4 per point, yet DVC wants 15 to extend your current contract.
