im needy and need help with a scenario

Here's the scenario;
-My husband, son, sister and myself will be game to ride anything.
-my mom and mother in law won't ride roller coasters or wild things (but offered to let us use their fast passes, momentarily switching Magic bands)
-we have a 7month old baby so we can also use rider swap but I've never done that and have no idea how it works...

SO. How should I do the fast passes?? Like for instance, if my son wanted to ride Everest (his fav) as many times as possible, could someone explain in detail the fp/rider swap scenario that would work the best...

Also, I realize punctuation, grammar and sentence structure are non existent in the above which normally isn't like me but I'm exhausted with the baby and have to figure this out by tomorrow and my brain stopped working sometime earlier today hahaha.

Can you just leave your mom and mother in law in charge of the baby when you switch Magic Bands to use their Fastpasses?

I'm just regurgitating info I've read, but to use rider swap efficiently you would make a fast pass for Everest for two people, say son and DH, then get a rider swap. Then you and your son ride after they're back. Then reverse it for a different thrill ride and your fast pass.

If I were the Moms I'd want to use them to ride things like Pan and Pooh while you guys ride other things.

The moms don't really care about riding anything and are happy to watch the baby but I thought we would "need" the baby for the rider swap...

Yes you need the baby for rider swap. However if the same people are always watching the baby and not riding the ride then personally I think you aren't swapping so shouldn't get he card. The swap is really meant for parties when the person waiting with the small kids also wants to ride the ride so they can stay back and not have to wait again once the swap is made.

If they aren't using their magicband for something else at the same time, you don't necessarily need to switch, you can just borrow their bands and wear both. So, get FP for everyone, then borrow the magicbands from the people who won't be riding. First time through use MB on the right arm, second time, use the left. Everest also has a single rider line if your son is old enough to ride alone/be separated from an adult.
