I'm confuses about SWA price drop....

I have flights booked in May on SWA....booked by agent as a group.....if flights are booked and paid for...how can you get a refund?...should I have the person who did the bookings call their travel agent or something?....what flight classes are eligible?

Do you have individual confirmatin numbers? If you have your confirmation number you can call. If you booked as a group, did you get a group rate? You should let the person who made the reservations know so it can be checked out.
