I'm Back! Did Ya Miss Me? Trip Report

They should have seen that one coming with the Turtle Talk question, but too funny! My DD (4) also is very independent. Most of our pictures fom WDW or DL are without her because she NEVER wants to take a picture with the family. It used to bother me cause we never had 'whole family' pictures. But I've learned to let it go.

Me too, we missed it last time we were there, it was brand new and the wait was like 90 mins and there was no fast pass then, so seeing it this time was on my Must Do list!

Yeah I am slowly letting it go, but it bugs me a little that she isn't as willing to pose as my other two girls are. I am hoping she grows out of it, but I doubt it!

I used the crown from one of Natalie's designs, and added the name and all the princess, so I guess you can call it one of my designs, just post your request on my THREAD

After our adventures with Nemo and Friends in the Living Seas it was off to Innoventions to see Figment. The girls had fun on the Journey Into Immagiation although it frightened them a couple of times during the ride! But what came next they loved. The carpeted area that when you step on the blocks it makes musical sounds. Goodness me they were in love!!! Running around and screaming with delight............

UNTIL..........

1st it was Lila, and then.........

Bella took a tumble. And if you're wondering about her knees, a very friendly cast member had given her the Mickey stickers right before we got to Innoventions and she thought it was funny to put them on her knees and refused to take them off!! She's such a comedian

As we were walking out Emma was spotted by the Kodak scientist and asked to come up and help her with a demonstration. She was transformed into a scientist, lab coat, glasses and all!

The cast member who played this scientist was hillarious, she talked in her proper Brittish accent and made jokes with us parents and soon a crowd formed and Emma ate it up. She is a natural preformer and loved every minute of it. The display was to show people the options on the Kodak website for photo editing, but I feel like they were mostly interested in the funny Brittish lady and the overdramatic apprentice girl!

Up next........ the thrill rides of EPCOT!!!!!

Love the TR! I think I'll follow your touring plan next time we go to AK. Being a newbie, we followed the crush of people to the safari, then did the character greetings afterwards. We should have done that backwards and let the safari wave go by, and done the characters 1st because by then there was a lot of lines- you definitely had the better plan!
