Hi fellow creative DISigners!!!
I am back from the twins 1st Disney adventure and I am going to do a little trip report for all my friends here on the Creative Disign forum! I'll start with the cast of characters. It was me, my husband David, my oldest daughter Emma (6) the twins Isabella and Lila (2) my mother (Grammy) and my father (Papa).
Here's a photo of my mom and the girls at the airport getting ready to fly down to Orlando
I was really worried about this part of the trip because I have never traveled with the twins like this and was afraid they wouldn't have the patience for it. It went rather smoothly except for the security check. They freaked a little bit when they saw the airport staff with gloves badges and such. They hated having to take thier shoes off.
But once they saw their big sister doing it with no worries they followed suit. Thank god for peer pressure!
The 2 1/2 plane ride was fairly uneventful they loved looking out the window and buckling and unbuckling their seatbelts. Here are some pics from the plane.

After we arrived in Orlando, we let them run around to stretch their legs.
Riding on the Magical Express bus. We didn't get the official looking one, we got one of the Mears yellow ones. But the twins didn't know the difference. I was the only one who was a little dissappointed that it didn't have the characters on it. The girls were excitied to ride the bus so not having the characters didn't even register with them.
The giggles were endless and my mother and I were almost in tears with how excited the girls were. They could barely sit still for the ride to All Star Music. Thankfully we didn't have any other stops, we went straight to the resort from the airport, so it wasn't that long of a ride. After we checked in, it was straight to Epcot. We had dinner reservations for Teppan Edo. So we dropped our bags and went to the bus stop!
We had a chef from Honolulu for dinner and he was very funny! I think Emma had the most fun, she was eating with her chopticks and very proud of how she was able to do it.
After he was done cooking, Tom the chef was kind enough to pose for a picture with Emma. Just look at that smile! She was beaming and "Had the most fun ever!!!!" in her words.
Up next our first day, ANIMAL KINGDOM!
