Illuminations Dessert Menu Question??

I just got back from my planning session- here's info I got-

12.50pp is charged on your BEO- a refund is giving after the event for those who had a ticket

We are not going to be in wedding attire(but this was not discussed at our session so our planner does not know)- we are meeting our guests at the International Gateway and walking to our dp location- Which is Italy west- not very private but AWESOME viewing location- it was like some of the fireworks were right over our head!- More on that in our ps report

Thanks for the info, that makes me feel better! Interesting they charge $12.50 first and refund later....I wondered how that worked. Keep us posted on how it goes!!

I just started asking about DP's this week, here's the info I got yesterday for one in Morocco. HOpe this helps!

DESSERT PARTY
Time: 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Based on 20 Guests Minimum
Minimum Food & Beverage is $19.50++ per person at all Epcot Dessert Venues
Must be buffet Service
A. DESSERT MENU @ $19.50 per person++ 496.08
Dessert Buffet Menu $19.50++ (actual price will depend on the menu chosen)
(20 person Minimum)
B. Outdoor Set up Fee of $75.00+ (for tables and chairs) 79.50
C. Service Fee $50.00+ (if guest count is less than 20) 53.00
D. Venue Rental of $200+ 212.00
Includes host/hostess to escort guests to party location
Host to meet guests backstage Epcot and escort them to
the dessert party location. They will stay with the group and at the
conclusion of the event, escort them back to their bus.
E. Illumination View Fee @ $12.95+ per person 274.54
Fee for guests without theme park passes
F. Transportation - Mini Motor Coach with 25 passenger capacity (Optional)412.50
** If you wish to wear your wedding attire in the park, private
transportation is required **
(1) Charted Bus for a 5 hour minimum
This will allow the bus to make several stops to pick up guests
at different WDW Resort and transport them all back to their Resort.
ESTIMATED DESSERT PARTY TOTAL 1,527.62

Does anyone have any copies of all the possible menu packages and prices for an Illuminations DP? We're trying to make a rough budget estimate although we don't have a planner yet as we're still a few years out from the wedding! We're just trying to get an idea of costs so we know how much we have to save! Thanks

I'm having 20 ppl. They didn't ask how many tables and chairs. I think as long as you're doing the basic black tables and chairs they provide, you're just paying to have them set out and taken down - not a per piece basis.
