Time: 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Based on 20 Guests Minimum
Minimum Food & Beverage is $19.50++ per person at all Epcot Dessert Venues
Must be buffet Service
A. DESSERT MENU @ $19.50 per person++ 496.08
Dessert Buffet Menu $19.50++ (actual price will depend on the menu chosen)
(20 person Minimum)
B. Outdoor Set up Fee of $75.00+ (for tables and chairs) 79.50
C. Service Fee $50.00+ (if guest count is less than 20) 53.00
D. Venue Rental of $200+ 212.00
Includes host/hostess to escort guests to party location
Host to meet guests backstage Epcot and escort them to
the dessert party location. They will stay with the group and at the
conclusion of the event, escort them back to their bus.
E. Illumination View Fee @ $12.95+ per person 274.54
Fee for guests without theme park passes
F. Transportation - Mini Motor Coach with 25 passenger capacity (Optional)412.50
** If you wish to wear your wedding attire in the park, private
transportation is required **
(1) Charted Bus for a 5 hour minimum
This will allow the bus to make several stops to pick up guests
at different WDW Resort and transport them all back to their Resort.
