an update on....well, everything! we officially found the dog a home. ray's mom came and got him on sunday. they named him zolo (some cartoon character that ray's nephew likes) and he's doing really well so far. i'm glad he's somewhere where we can see him occasionally.
ray was able to salvage everything off my hard drive, so now he's reformatting my computer and we will just have to reload the software i need over the next few days. the only thing i lost was the saved e-mails i had on my microsoft outlook. that stinks but i can deal with it. i'm just glad i don't have to buy a new computer!
i will be reporting on disney on ice as soon as i can. i can't upload the photos right now because i'm using ray's computer and i want them to be on mine, so i don't want to have to upload them twice! so i'll be back with that later. it was a good show....what we saw of it anyway.
What a cute little dog! I hope you find his owners or a nice new family to love him.
It's so much fun to relive all your past trips with you! You always have such great pictures!
thanks! yes, he's a cutie. i'm glad i found him a home.
Keep the dog!

Our 3rd dog kinda fell onto us as well...I was visiting my sister in CA. She had basically starved her dog and left her tied to a doghouse b/c of her ongoing mental issues. Not that it's an excuse. Anyway, I told her I was taking the dog. So I booked the dog a flight with me on Delta and brought her home. The vet in CA didn't think she would make the flight but she did. 3 years later she is actually a little overweight and our best behaved dog! You just never know..some things are meant to be!!
so sweet of you to fly him home! zolo is a sweetie too - i'm glad we'll be able to see him still.
I love the picture of you on Dinosaur. Look at the "grandma" sitting next to you guys. She's not even looking up!

That is totally me on that ride. I hate that ride.
i know! the guy in the front row cracks me up too - it's like he's arguing with the dinosaur!
I wish I could keep the dog, but I am so far away. he is too cute.
and of course I am reading your other report... I have only just posted a few times b/c I have been so busy at work.. i hate to say that I have been a lurker...
no problem! lurk away! i do that sometimes too.
I LOVE that picture of Erin and Mickey! You can tell how happy she is by looking at her face. Gotta love Disney Magic.
Awww, thanks, man! I love old Eeyore. I have about ten or twelve different ones, plus a picture frame and some other Eeyore goodies. I hope to buy that Jim Shore Christmas Eeyore when we go in November, if he doesn't cost too much.
that eeyore jim shore piece shouldn't be too terribly expensive. depends on how big he is. my most expensive one so far has been captain hook/smee and it was $65, but it was a pretty big piece.
The woman on Dinosaur appears to be saying a prayer.
Dear God, if You will not let this big old screaming dinosaur eat me, I will do everything right for the rest of my life.
Or at least through the rest of this day. Amen

did you see the guy on the front row? he looks like he's arguing with the dinosaur.
I still think it's pretty cool that you got to meet the real UtahMama !
for real!!! it's like meeting a real-life celebrity.

she was super sweet and, believe it or not, her kids were so well-behaved. she always describes them as being little stinkers, but they were very polite.
Great pictures! I love the one of you guys in front of ToT. I am very jealous of your ability to put your hands up in a meaningful position on the rollercoasters! I am always the one with my eyes squeezed shut, knuckles turned white, and mouth gaping open!
i'm like that on ToT! and don't be fooled - as soon as we go over the drop i grab the bar. i tried to keep my hands up in the air on EE last year and when i did, we went around the corner and my neck snapped to the side and wouldn't come back to normal for about 30 seconds.

scared the crap outta me! i'm getting too old.
You have sooo many really good pictures! I love going thru all ur old trips with you
thanks so much! i enjoy sharing them.
Looked like a fun bday trip with the girls. I went to WDW the first week of Sept.07. It was hot, but we did get free dining! I loved the Peter Pan tee. You always find the cutest tees.
this was in late september and it was hot, but not as bad as the most recent trip i took the first week of september - it was horrible!
Hey Dawn! Yes our Reservation for Sci-Fi is for 12/12 at 11:00 though. We will just miss one another. I am loving your trip down memory lane. I wish I lived closer I loved that dog.
well, if we happen to see each other in passing, please say hello!
