You can now say that you leave for Disney World next month!!
you can too!!!! i see you have a TR i didn't even know about. i'm going over to check it out right now.
Dawn! That is cold for you! We usually have 32 and freezing rain for Halloween, but we had 50 and an unusually warm wind.

I hope it warms up againg for you.
Thanks for sharing your pics! I remember when I was a kid in Seattle, my parents used to take us to the Ice Capades - it was so beautiful! Another great day for Dawn and crew!
yeah, it's warm during the day here but as soon as the sun goes down, it's really cold. we usually don't weather quite this cold until later in november or even december.
YOU...and don't hold out on us - go on down to how many hours, too.
I'm glad you enjoyed the part of the show you did see. I hate that Luke missed cars, but it was good that he didn't know better. That little Tinkerbell flower hat that sticks out in some of your pictures is what Brooklynn looked like for a while. She put it off and on a few times. At one point, she saw the little girl in front of her wearing one, and she got a funny look on her face and said, "My hat?" in a 'why does that little girl have my hat' voice. Then we showed her that hers was under the seat, and she got it out and put it on for a while.
The food looks good, and water fountains and music always make for fun, so the day was still a hit, I know!
I'm glad Ray got the computer fixed and you lost only a few pictures. I'm sorry you had to lose any, but maybe Erica, um, Eureka?, has some of the ones you lost.
It does make a difference when the sun goes down, doesn't it?
um....884 hours. but who's counting....really????
that's cute about brooklynn and her little flower hat. oh, the pictures i totally lost weren't disney pictures, but just some random ones of different things with redecorating the house. i did lose a few from our september trip but erica/eureka already knows about those and she's making copies for me.
The Disney on Ice show looks like it was alot of fun! It stinks that yall had to miss the beginning, but at least you didn't miss Tinkerbell!
Luke is too stinkin' cute! The video of him dancing had me cracking up. That boy can get down!
And all of the food looks DELISH! Yummm!
Thanks for sharing the pictures, Dawn!
you're welcome!!! yes, luke is an awesome dancer.
Love the pics......I have never been to an ice show, not even as a kid! I will have to see if it is coming to Rochester!
let me know if you guys end up going!
What a fun afternoon -- except for the getting lost and missing some of the show! Unfortunately, it is just too easy to get turned around downtown -- when we went to the Atl. Bot. Gardens that same day we got turned around because one of the streets (14th or 16th) was blocked off. Very frustrating.
i'm usually good with finding my way downtown because i used to work down there, but we ended up at the world congress center and then there was a closed road that threw us off.
Dawn the Disney on Ice show looks great. Sorry you guys got there late. Luke is so darn cute. Did you see in the video of him dancing that other little boy looking at him like - boy I wish I can dance as good as him and he even tries a little dancing himself. Your food looked delicious. I love sweet potatoes. I have one question - did you have a flash on your camera when you took pictures at Disney on Ice? I will take some pictures too and post them either here or on the peep thread.
i didn't see that other little boy but i went back and watched - how cute! as far as my flash goes i did have it on but i put my camera on "snow" mode, which is described as "shoot whitish scene brightly." i figured that would work with the ice. i would love to see your pics!
wow that is normally what it is here, but we had weather between 65 and 70 all day, very unusual for us, today it is a high of 75...that is disney weather
but it was nice taking parker around in the warm weather....
here is apicture of him in hiis dumbo custom going to some neighbors houses.
sorry to hijack your thread.
no, hijack away! he's so cute....i don't mind at all! how ADORABLE!!!! i hope he got lots of treats.
YUM thanks for that Non-Disney food porn! That looks delishous!! Too bad I have never heard of this place.
By the way Dawn, I never heard, did you find a home for that cute little dog?
yep, it was good. i wish they had one closer to me. yep, the doggie is doing well now.
We came home with the same Tink slushie cup! ...and a Tink twirly toy and a Tink cotton candy flower holder thingermabobber, and a Little Mermaid light up wand, and...
wow......did you have to take out a loan to buy souvenirs?

i only got the tinker bell cup, but they got the lightning mcqueen cotton candy thingie, a spinning thingie and a flounder cup for luke, which cost like $70 for all that.
