If you won the lottery

:rotfl2: We've actually had this conversation in my house. We wouldn't stay at any of the resorts....instead we be buying one of the houses in that exclusive neighborhood....can't recall the name right now, I'm on my cell phone so it's hard enough typing, lol....but we'd buy a house there and live in it part of the year and go into the parks every day and eat our way around every restaurant in the World.

Then we'd probably jet over to Paris and buy a villa near that Disney property....before jetting over to Toyko and Hong Kong and buying property there as well. And maybe a little condo in Los Angeles so that we could live near any Disney property. Hmmm....maybe even Hawaii, although I really didn't enjoy the one vacation I had there....but who knows, maybe money out the whazoo would have made it more enjoyable, lol.

Hmmmm...I think the lottery this week is 247mil......yeah, that might be enough.

Not only is that a plan, its a GREAT ONE! That'll keep you on your toes!!!:cool1:

I'm with the Golden Oak people! That's the ultimate!

I think I'd also do a stay in whatever they call the turret (sp?) suites now at the GF. That was a dream when I was younger. Platinum plan, of course :cool1:

The first thing I would do is book a stay at a grand villa for a week at BLT, theme park view. Then the second week at a grand villa at BWV, boardwalk view. During this time, I would travel over to Celebration where I would check out properties. I have little to no interest in Golden Oaks...way to pricey for me and I fail to see the point. But, that's just me. Celebration is much more our style. That way, I could keep a house/condo in NE as well.

 my WDW addiction has caused to plan for this very event :rolleyes1 ( if it were to ever come true:wizard::tink:)
**Disclaimer- I live in Wisconsin- and i love it here. so moving to FL is not in any plans i have. I would chose to vacation there only.
my first two trips would be - POLY CL TPV & CR Tower Atrium club MK view.
14 nights in July including the dates 4th of july and my daughters b-day7/9.
my ultimate dream time is my Birthday/Christmas/NYE so an additional 14 nights in December.
I also have a long list dining options i want to enjoy over many many trips to WDW.

if it was a very large win- i would also purchase 2000 DVC points at BLT so i could continue the Birthday/Christmas/NYE tradition in a MK view unit every year.

Split stay, first week Wilderness Lodge because I like the theme and 2nd week Poly, because I've always wanted to stay there. I've never stayed at either resort so both would be a new experience for me.

We would love the YC - the pool would be great.
We can not afford it - just have to stay next door at the Dolphin - teacher rate :rotfl:

Maybe a Suite or rent a 2 bedroom DVC so our 2 teens, DS & DD do not sleep together - and we could stay for a month at WDW and still enjoy making some of our own food - a bit more healthy:goodvibes

We've stayed at the Contemporary, the Poly, the AKL and OKW. We would go back to any of them except the Contemporary. But if I won the lotto, I'd be at the AKL in a heartbeat.

I would stay at

EVERY
SINGLE
ONE
OF
THEM

While they were getting my home at Golden Oaks built to my demanding expectations and specifications. hehehehehe.......

(in case Golden Oaks doesn't ring a bell, it's the multi-million dollar home property located in the World near the Magic Kingdom...)

Edit: I see Golden Oaks is on a lot of people's minds. Great minds think alike!

I'm so cheap I would probably still balk at the price and book AoA or POR and put the rest towards college savings. :lmao: (Don't even want to think about that price in a few years!)
Hubby would book the CR, BWI, and BC in a heartbeat though. Lol :)
It's fun to dream about it. I would love to stay at all 3 of those places if I could get over the ridiculous price tag. I'm too much of a frugal Yankee.

I would do a split stay also. 5 days each at AKL Concierge Level, Beach Club Concierge Level and Poly concierge Level then I would buy enough my DVC points to where I could have a couple of weeks every other month in a Grand villa at BLT, Beach Club and AKL. I would invite different friends and family to come stay with us and be a tour guide and show them why I love WDW so much.

Every trip we stop at the grocery store. I always but a 1 quick pick lottery ticket for a few drawings. I say every time, if I win the lottery I am not coming home. I will move into Disney. I will get the vacation club and spend one month at each deluxe. I will hire someone to home school my son and field trips will done at Epcot. The hubby has the choice to come live with us or just visit us regularly! LOL

Now that they have homes on property I probably will just buy one there! :)

The Beach Club (Always wanted to stay there, beautiful resort), the Grand Floridian or the Contemporary.

Well it would depend on how much money I won. With a moderate lottery prize I would do the AKL. For a more generous lottery win, I would skip WDW and do a safari trip to South Africa.

I'd stay in the fanciest room Bay Lake Tower has or the fanciest room the Yacht Club has.

Since I live on the west coast I'd buy a premier pass for everyone in my family and go back and forth between all of the premium suites at the Disneyland Hotel and every resort in WDW.

Probably a grand villa at BWV. And as soon as they opened up the GF villas for DVC I would buy in :)
