If you had an ulcer:
What were your symptoms?
What were you allowed to eat?
How long did it take to heal?
I have read about it, just wondering about people's experiences. I have been to the doctor. Had tests. Nothing definitive. Treating "as if", until I can see a specialist (a month from now). I am able to keep food down now. That's been wonderful. The pain is gone. Bland diet. The bland diet isn't fun, but I have learned if I don't stick to it --- I pay for it later.

So much for that. I think if it is in fact an ulcer, it came from using motrin too often.
- I would just avoid spicy and acidic..

I miss my coffee the most, then chocolate.
I ate 1/3 a bowl of plain cornflakes with skim milk and a sliced banana. It came right up. Awful.
I immediately asked him if there was a generic and he wrote me a prescription for that. I was on it for a week. I was experiencing dry mouth and headaches from that. So I took myself off and I did something else. It's working for me. I'm not a doctor, and I wouldn't recommend what I'm doing based on that alone.
