If you could only do 1 mnsshp or mvmcp?

For those that have done both which would you prefer and why? Trying to plan a short trip for 2006 and thinking of going during one of these times. I am considering it would still be warmer in the halloween time compared to xmas. And we have actually been to both events already so it is not "go to something new". Just looking for another opionion.

I actually prefer MNSSHP to MVMCP. Plus going during MNSSHP, you get Food & Wine Festival at Epcot. To me Food & Wine Festival trumps the Candlelight Processional.

We enjoy both which is why we alternate our trips to include MNSSHP and MVMCP.

I love MNSSHP because:

1) Well I am a costumer so.. enough said there.
2) We can also go to Universal's Halloween Horror nights which was some of the best HAUNTED (Really scary) Haunted Houses.
3) Dress up in costumes at the party
4) I usually have LESS Delayed out of the airports in oct, then in Dec.

They are both a lot of fun, but I LOVE HALLOWEEN!

I would go to the Christmas party, but that's just me. I've not been to either. I just like Christmas better. I'll be going for the first time to MVMCP on December 6th. I'm hoping for decent crowds, since we are going early in December, and lots of pretty christmas decorations

I don't do/celebrate/observe halloween....and I love Christmastime.

We did MVMCP in 2003, and we just got back from our trip and did MNSSHP. I truly loved them both for different reasons. Snow on Main Street during MVMCP was so neat! But I have to say my 3 dd's had more fun MNSSHP. The villains, the costumes, the dance parties....it was so much fun! Plus those fireworks.....wow! I don't remember being that wowed over the fireworks at MVMCP.
