Husband/wife/significant other - your children - your career - your home - your grandchildren - your pets - and everything else that you love about your life - but you could choose your age and stay that age forever, what would it be?

So is the question whether I'd choose keeping what I have or choosing my age/immortality? Or do I get to choose both?

So the question is what age I would choose (and I get to keep all those things)? I'd pick 30

I'd pick 30 but mostly because I was at a great place in my life at that time... in good health and physical condition, settled with my family, comfortable financially, etc... Even if I could go back to being 30 right this second, if nothing else in my life changed then just being younger wouldn't make much of a difference to me.

It would be kind of stupid to be 32 and have kids who were older than I was, but I'll take that.

At 32, you're done with all the young people crap. But you haven't hit 33 yet, so you don't have to sit around saying, "By this age, Christ had saved the whole world and I can't even make a turkey."

You aren't young, you aren't old. No real wrinkles. Girls are still fairly perky.

32 for me.

I'm 34 now. I'd like to go back and be 25.

I´d want to be right here, right now, at 30 :) I´m young and healthy enough to be able to do almost anything I want but still old enough to be taken seriously by "older" people.

27.

I looked and felt my best at 27. I was positive, I had a great outlook on life, and I was headstrong. And my legs looked really, really good. :rotfl2:

11 was a good year, but I'm not sure how that would work out with DH and having a home and all. I'll say 20. That was a good year too.

25 or 26. That would be pre-pregnancy so no stretch marks. ;)

An interesting question...

I'm 62 and pretty darned happy with what I have now, but if I could keep everything the same except feel and look a different age than 62, I'd probably go with 30 (ish). I was in very good physical condition and looked it. About the only thing that really bothers me about being 62 is all the sore and worn out body parts from everything I used to do when I was 30. When knee surgery forced me to slow down at 32 my 6-pack abs started turning into a keg.

I would choose 30 too. Kids are still young enough to enjoy but not too young to not put to bed on time. My husband and I are still "hot" and happy. lol And we have a little money to play with.
