I worked at the Disney Store for almost 10 years. I would not want to work retail in the parks.

I think working with the animals would be fun. Maybe Tri-Circle D Ranch.

I'd like to be one of the Wilderness Explorers at AK - talking about animals and the environment all day - that would be great!

DD wants to work in costuming (designing not actually sewing) , while being in the AK parade and occasionally driving the safari truck - oh and she wants to be the zebra in FOTLK!!!!

We play this game every time we go to Disney! My Disney dream job would be a dancer in one of the parades. My non-Disney dream job would be back-up singer/dancer for Tina Turner.

That would be mine too. Of course now that I'm 40, realistically it would be photo pass photographer.

I have worked at both and it is much different at the parks. Retail at TDS is like retail anywhere else. At the parks you are dealing with guests who are (mostly) having a great time and ready to buy lots of souvenirs. That said, it certainly isn't my dream WDW job.

I can only imagine the crowds are even busier. At least the day would go by quickly. When we did Keys to the Kingdom, the guide said that it's not unusual for each register to have $50K in sales a day in the busy shops.

I am a wedding planner, so I think it would really be cool to be a Disney wedding planner and making Disney magic for people on their most important day of their lives

The one major issue with this is that I would have to live in FL with the heat and humidity and no skiing. So that will never happen, FL is a nice place to visit but I would never want to live there.

So, if you could work anywhere at Disney...WDW, Disneyland, DSP, etc...working a ride, at a restaurant, a particular shop, etc...what's your dream job at Disney?

Mine has always been to be a Monorail operator working the main line to MK!

That would be my dream job as well. Close second would be working the Steam Trains.
