If you could have any CM job at Disney what would it be???

Besides CEO since Reddog already called it, I would love to work the overnight maintenance shift. Get to walk around the parks with very few people around and go around and see all the rides with the lights on sounds like a pretty sweet job... for a few days.

Since I am a licensed therapist, when I see the families having meltdowns and terroizing and screaming at their kids, I would say I would like to set a counseling booth like Lucy in the peanuts in the middle of Fantasyland LOL. My dream job would probably Cinderella or dancer in one of the parades.

We have a horse farm in MN, so my dream is to someday work at Disney in the barns taking care of the horses

This will not sound exciting but I would love to be the Finance Director for MK. Would love to know just how much money they take in every day and the logistics of it all. How much they pay into the bank each day, whats it each till in change each day. Sad I know but for me, really interesting.

As a kid in the 70s,I swore I would be a monorail pilot, and ended up doing so for 8 years. These days, the operation is not quite the same, and soon they will move to the driver merely pushing a button to go, and it will be mostly automated.

I worked extra hours in alot of different areas, and it was interesting to see the different dynamics in different departments. CMs did not directly get to select where they wanted to work, and some areas were easier to get into than others.

That's easy - I've wanted to be a VIP Tour Guide for as long as I can remember! Not only does it seem like so much fun, but the costumes are pretty awesome. ;)

My wife is in child care, and I'm a construction manager.

We like to joke that I can go work Construction for Disney and she could work Child Care there.

I wouldn't mind.

Toss up. I'd love to be a photographer, just the thought of being able to help people "capture the magic"pixiedust:
I would love to be a captain on the Jungle Cruise.:cool1:

When I retire, my plan is to spend the winter volunteering at Give Kids the World, the resort near Disney for Make a Wish trips. At Disney, my dream job would be a ride operator at one of the classic MK rides like Dumbo. I could operate It's a Small World, since I'm one of the few adults who can listen to that song over and over and not lose my mind. :rotfl:

I wish I had the personality to be the captain of the Jungle Cruise.

I would like to be a concierge or working behind the scenes planning all the events!!

As a greeter at the front gate or roaming the park providing assistance, answering questions. But somehow I think working at the park would eventually feel more like just another job and lessen the magic associated with WDW

That wasn't my experience. It only made me love it more. Yes, I saw a different side to WDW, but it didn't lessen the "Magic"...at least for me.
