what's the average wait time before we can make a reservation with our new points?

We are planning on calling our guide tomorrow, asking her if anything is available, and if not, telling her to put us on the list as wanting an add-on at BCV.

If we don't want/prefer a specific use year, will that speed up the process of wait-listing?

We just added on to AKV a week or so ago. Our points were there within a few hours. Now we asked our guide about BCV too when we called....first I am pretty sure you have to have the same UY. Second.....he said that the list is really long too. If you are patient.....then it is no big deal. If you want to go on a trip soon.....BCV might not be the way to go.
