Tomorrow isn't a comp it's a show, her dance school does one every 2 years!OK I'm so bad at explaining stuff but I'll try! A golf course has 18 holes which all have a par (either a 3, 4 or 5) A pro should get par on each hole so his handicap is scratch or zero. Ladies start with a handicap of 36 which means they can take 36 more shots than the par over the 18 holes, still with me???? The better you get the lower your handicap becomes, the average lady plays off about 20 something, mine is now 14 which is pretty good for a lady, my aim is 6!!!!Please explain the world of golf handicaps. I have heard the term but haven't a clue what it means.

Have a great timeI just got back from walking and going to Walmart. DH will be home in about 20 minutes and then we are packing up and heading out for a smooth weekend at the City of Rocks.The kids are really looking forward to it.

How was your visit with your SIL? We've missed you! Jenny??? You havin' fun camping? I didn't go. My house got hit by lightning this morning. It was the perfect excuse!
Well if you stand on the roof wearing a tin foil hat holding a wire hanger, that's bound to happen. The things some people will do to get out of going camping! But really, I hope it wasn't damaged too badly and that no one was injured! These women were SO athletic but when it came to drunk singing by the fire, I was the only gal belting it out. But truly the weekend was 100x better then I had anticipated. The kids got along fabulously and they all tried rock climbing. I took pics on M's phone and one of the girls is going to email me hers. Gab climbed the biggest, flattest, side of a mountain and while I was cheering for her, I secretly wanted to vomit because I was so nervous. Of course Michael made it up like Spiderman. Chloe and Josh were adventurous as well. Now for me, no thanks, not my cup of tea. 
Anyway it was a great weekend and hopefully we'll hang out with these people again soon.
It fried my PC (on a surge protector)...I'm borrowing my father's...my air conditioner, my sprinkler system, my hair dryer...and several lights. Other than that...we're fine.
But, I still didn't have to go camping!
I would actually go again! 
The wind blew so hard last night I thought the tent was going to cave in. And for the record, DH said everyone was tent camping but only 3 out of the 6 families had tents. 
I forgot to add we saw a rattle snake this morning right where we all were. It was just hanging out on the trail to our tent. Had we seen that bad boy the first day, we would not have stayed!
. ...but as you say every thunder cloud has it's silver lining and not having to go camping is most definately a silver lining in my book

. Donny's sis made a lovely meal but to be honest I wasn't in the mood and went to bed early. Then next day we went a run to Aberfeldy, the scenery was beautiful but the road was VERY windey and Niamh threw up everywhere apart from that it was a fabby day and we really enjoyed it ). The caravan park is right on the beach and I've been looking into going on Whale and Dolphin watch boat trips and other activities to try to keep us all from killing one another
Donny's sis and her hubbie are coming up for a few days so that will be fun
It was nice, in Ellie's group it was hilarious as she was literally a foot shorter than all the other girls, because she's a good dancer she's with girls older than her, she also doesn't stop smiling, she loves the stage. Some of the older girls though you do wonder why they're still dancing, I know not very nice of me

Yes it's a great price.....it's my uncles static caravan so we're getting it free . If we get bad weather we'll be back in the car and either book into an hotel or head home...as you know I DON'T do roughing it

A fortnight is two weeks. We're staying in one of the static caravans (a trailer I suppose) it has all the mod cons but I def. still feel like I'm going back to nature (or as near as I intend getting in this lifetime
Becci was such a star yesterday, she was the one who had to deal with it all inially as there was no where to stop on the country roads. We stopped once after Niamh spewed for the first time and then we carried on and she did it again
