jsmith hit some Colorado Springs must sees I will hit Metro Denver:
Red Rocks- whether there is a concert or not
Denver Center for Performing Arts-great buildings and great performance, both local and national tours
the Paramount Theater (my grandma used to go there to watch movies...it's now a great concert venue)
so many wonderful parks, trails
Coors Field (the rockpile are great seats!!)
16th Street Mall was one of the original outdoor malls and while it isn't what it used to be...it has some of the best restaurants in LoDo.
The Capital Building
either of the breweries
We have found that we love finding day trips of all of the great little towns around us.
In Colorado Springs I will add the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
