If I add the dining plan to an April reservation

Do I get to only pay 2014 prices? Or will they charge the extra amount at check-in?

If the amount stays the same, how soon should it be added?

You can't add a dining plan to a reservation with a 2015 arrival date until the 2015 prices are available.

Same here. I'm just glad that Southwest has started offering more direct flights
