that's how I was operating until this winter too!! I got a small cricut the day after Thanksgiving for $75 at Joann. I had to go at 5 a.m., but it was worth it! Now I'm buying cartridges on ebay!! It's so much fun to scrapbook and our families will love it! My kids love to look through their books and laugh at their baby pictures, and we all love to look at our Disney vacation books!

Hello everyone! So....I just took some pics of my scrapbooks and I'm so excited to share them with you. I didn't take them out of the plastic pages, so sorry if there's a bit of a glare on some of them. They're just so darn difficult to take in and out!!!! Here is a sampling of some of my favorite pages. I'm still a beginner, so don't be too hard on me!!

I'm mostly Italian and German and I love how these 2 countries are next to each other

I took my first trip to WDW when I was 2 yrs old and I have my mom to thank for my obsession to Disney. I've visited WDW 9 times and the obsession grows with each trip. I should seriously start my own Disney planning business because I enjoy it so much. I could talk Disney 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. [/URL]

Thanks!!! I'm hoping they'll come out with some new Disney stickers. I don't want all duplicates for my Sept scrapbook! I have January paper too that I used in my first scrapbook. That page is a little bland, so I didn't take a picture of it.

I would love to be a professional Disney trip planner. A friend of mine works at AAA and was at WDW last week. She's now a certified Disney planner (or something like that). She keeps trying to get me to book my trip through AAA, but I keep saying no. I like being in charge of everything and don't like the thought of someone else booking things for me. That might work for other people, but I'm a bit of a control freak!

Thanks Kim! At first I thought the CM paper might be a little too busy, but I ended up really liking it. I just put some plain paper behind each of the pictures so they wouldn't get lost on the page.

Thank you so much! I really love doing it and I hope to get my June book finished this week since Old Navy didn't give me any hours. I'd love to make some money, but at least I have a lot of time to scrapbook, do laundry, clean the house, etc.

You may end up spending less money OOP if you pick to other TS restaurants to pay for OOP than CRT--have you done the math yet? Especially at one of the other buffets like CP. Just a thought anyways. Great job on all the scrapbook pages!! Does Madison love looking through them? That is one of the bigger motivations to get my first trip done! :

Thanks Shawna!!!! CP is only 1 credit....we've been talking about maybe paying OOP to eat at CRT (if we start saving and stop spending!!!). That way, we wouldn't lose 2 TS credits.

Now, here's a question for all of you. What is the best meal at CRT?? As you know, we are huge breakfast people, but is lunch or dinner really wonderful? What is everyone's favorite dish to get if you've been for lunch or dinner?

Either one is really good...it would just depend on what time you CAN get in or what time you want to take out of your day. I would just keep checking for what's available and see what fits in, either lunch or dinner.

We would pay OOP for CRT to make it our 8th TS meal. We would rather pay for just one meal OOP instead of 2. CP is really quite a reasonable buffet and we think it's the best! My DH (the money guy) is the one who suggested paying for CRT OOP.

Good to hear. I've been checking out online reservations lately to see what is available. I went online last night and checked a whole bunch of times for things and was able to get whatever I wanted (CRT at 8am, Chef Mickey's for bfast or dinner, etc). It won't be like that when FD is released (fingers crossed!), but it makes me feel good right now.

Thanks! I guess I had a really good teacher. My mom is super crafty and really helped me plot out my first book.
