I wanna go SSSOOOO bad!

My friends all say the same thing "Wow, that sounds like fun but it is too much money" In all seriousness if they were just to take their deposit and put it down and send in a little money each month (skip one fast food dinner each week) they could go on one too! I want to travel with my friends and family on a cruise that would be so much fun but they are all in the same predicament~ thinking it is too expensive!

Moral of this thread...we are all in the same boat (pardon the pun).

My dd and I started dreaming of a DCL cruise while the ship was still being built! My DM had taken us on a trip to the world where we watched a presentation on the new DCL and got to look at the model of the ship (the one that is in the terminal now). We fell in love. DD was 10 yrs old at the time and said "mommy I want to go on Mickey's boat". I had tears in my eyes because I wanted to take her, but as a single mom I didn't think I would ever be able to.

Long story short, a windfall of $$...booked the cruise for an innaugural sailing, and have scrimped and saved for additional cruises over the years. We are addicted and will do whatever it takes to go!

Need to book the next one soon!
