Oh my gosh Kristen! How scary! Thank God you're OK and home with your family. That's the best present ever!!!

Wow Kristen, so sorry to hear about the meningitis! My youngest brother had meningitis when he was about 10. He was in the hospital for a week and actually came home on Christmas day that year. It's pretty scary, isn't it?

I hope you are doing much better and wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. Here's to a much better 2010!

Kristen...OMG I am glad you are home. I too can not wait for 2010. Maybe there is something in this New England air because every time one kid gets healthy another one comes down with something else. (I personally blame it all on the rain that we had for this so called summer that we had or didn't have)

Happy 2010 Everyone!!!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and I wish you all the best for the New Year! I'm happy to report, that I'm feeling better, although was back to the doctors on Thursday for a chest xray for a cough, but it was clear from pneumonia, so that was good news. Not 100% but staying optomistic with things. I have to,lol!! Two of my boys have ear infections and one has bronchitis but they are on antibiotics so we should (knock on wood!) be healthy soon, I hope! I don't think I can take much more of this! Hmm...maybe we need to move South, like say, Orlando, to get rid of these germs!?!

We made the best for Christmas this year, I wasn't feeling that much into it this year, I came home Chrismas eve from the hospital about noontime, as you know, and I had SO much to do for the holiday, we were up until 11 p.m that night before wrapping and getting things set up, I wasn't even 100% done with my shopping since we had all been SO sick the weeks leading up to Christmas, but I don't think the boys were any of the wiser, we had a nice day. And I was home, that's what matter most to me!!

Tracey & Adam and kids (from my last TR, my BFF) came North this past week and spent NYE with us. We had a great week and did lost of fun things-including Disney on Ice- 100 years of magic! We had a great time and I plan so share some pics with you from that.

Before I continue with my TR, thought I'd share some pics from Christmas with you all and our week with my friends and then we'll more forward, sound like a good plan? I'm also doing my best to catch up with all of your PTR/TR's this week, as well. I'm SO far behind, this past month has been a whirlwind for me, between being so very sick and the holidays! So thanks for being patient with me!!

I'm looking forward to Monday morning when we all get back into our routines....Todd goes back to work, the boys go to school and I get healthy enough to start running again! Lcaemom and I are doing another 5K in Boston on 2/7 and I haven't run in two weeks now...so hoping to get back into the right mode for that soon! Joelp, any tips on running on cold weather?

We had such a fun time at the show and I highly recommend it...the music and the scenes were sooo good!!! It was a nice way to get a Disney fix back home this holiday season, we were so glad we had booked it!!

Hi! Thanks!! No, we went to DOI in Boston this time around. It was a great show!! It was here 12/26-29, which show did you guys see in September was it the 100 years of magic, too?

Enchanted Village is at Jordan's furniture in Avon, MA. It's the old Jordan Marsh display Christmas village from the 50's....so neat! It was fun and holiday like, we also so a holiday light show they had too, which the kids loved! It's there through January, not sure how far you are from there, but look into it...the village is free and the light show was $3/pp, plus they have the Polar Express 4D show for 40" or taller there, too!!! It's a nice afternoon out!!
