Hope you feel better soon! I think it's definitely going to be one of those winters. I never get sick and so far this year I've up to my third illness. At least I was healthy for my week at Disney. Cold number 3 kicked in just after I got home.

Hope everyone has a speedy recovery. We have had one illness after another here too. After DD6 had the H1N1 for Halloween she decided to get walking pnemonia for Thanksgiving and shared with her brothers.

Can't wait to read more after everyone is all healthy!!!

You are the BEST! Thanks for all the get well wishes...we're hanging in there. Barely! I no sooner sent my last post to you, I ended up being allergic to Tamiflu, breaking out in hives, from head to toe, for days...they put me on a steriod but it took days for me to stop itchy and get over the flu on my own. I hate to rush time but i'm ready for 2010 and some better luck than lately! Sorry to hear like such a downer!

Last night we got almost 2 feet of snow! They cancelled school tomorrow, so we're homebound again. I guess it's just as well, Ethan had a low grade fever tonight before bed (again!). I hope the extra day of rest will help and he can finish this week up before Christmas and we are all healthy before then! I just can't believe it's THIS week! Where does time go?!

On another note, Lucas, will be 5 on Christmas morning! I was going to do a little party here at home tomorrow for him with a few friends from preschool but have now rescheduled that for Tuesday.

I'm getting my pics in order to keep this TR going, thank you so very much for being so very patient with me! You guys are the BEST!! I'm going through DISNEY withdrawals!!!!!!!!

Do not worry.. we are all here and will be waiting patiently. I'm not even sick and I'm on xmas break from school- and I haven't been able to update because I've been so busy. This was not my plans at all. But I am first trying to catch up. I also have disney withdrawals and get very upset when I get way behind.. like NOW. hehe I hope you get better and I'm sorry for all the sickness. and the snow. hehe I dislike snow very much. Thanks for the updates, and I'll be waiting.

Just a quick note to say MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your families!!!!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...I was just released from the hospital today, after being in for two days. I came down with really BAD headache on Saturday night, had it all day Sunday and thought I was having migraines all of a sudden but when I woke up on Tuesday morning and it wasn't gone, my. dr. hadn't returned my calls, I headed to our ER. LONG LONG LONG story short, I was diagnosed with Meningitis! After a clean cat scan, the pain meds weren't helping my headache, I ended up having a spinal tap which confirmed that I had Meningitist. I spent the last two days on IV, quarantined in a room, away from my family and with gods help, I was released today, knowing I do not have bacterial menigitis. With how sick I"ve been this past month with sinus infections, H1N1, my immune system was comprimissed and shut down on me. I'm so thankful to be home with my family, there is no better present! I'm hoping that 2010 is a better start for us, we need it. I am hoping you are all well and healthy have have wonderful days with your family these next few days!!!

Wow Kristen, so sorry to hear about the meningitis! My youngest brother had meningitis when he was about 10. He was in the hospital for a week and actually came home on Christmas day that year. It's pretty scary, isn't it?

I hope you are doing much better and wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. Here's to a much better 2010!

Kristen...OMG I am glad you are home. I too can not wait for 2010. Maybe there is something in this New England air because every time one kid gets healthy another one comes down with something else. (I personally blame it all on the rain that we had for this so called summer that we had or didn't have)
