This is my 9th day on the treadmill and I've made it to my 30 minute goal!!:Pinkbounc I think I will be kind to myself and keep this pace for another week before I try increasing my time again. I'm just so happy that I wanted to share with those who will understand my joy. ;)

Way to go! Building up your time is definately the way to do it. Your body is surely thanking you! Keep up the good work. Once DH finishes our basement I get my treadmill. I wish he was done, because I really want to start!

I thought you meant you stayed on your diet for 30 minutes!! LOL!!

Great job!

Good for you...I heard interval training will make the most of the time you are on. Start at a comfortable speed, and then after 5 minutes bring it up to as high as you can for 3 minutes...then down again...keep doing that. Now I try and jog for 2 minutes and I start at 4.0 and jog at 6.0 for two minutes then power walk at 4.5 for 5 minutes and back to 4.0 for 5 minutes...

Way to Go!!!! I knew you could do it!!

That is great news! Keep up the good work!

Good for you!

Funny...I just got back on my treadmill tonight. I only did 15 minutes, though.

Good luck and keep walking~
