I should know this but don't

I'm 99% sure airline times are always given in local time. So, a 5 hour flight leaving MCO at noon and landing in CA, would arrive at 2pm (12p + 5 hour flight time - 3 hour time change = 2pm).

I ticket says I land around 9:48pm is that CA time or FL I should add that I am flying out of FL

Times are always local, so the time listed for your landing is the time it will be in that location when you land. So if you are flying into California, the time listed is Pacific Time. If you are flying out of Florida, the time of your takeoff is listed as Eastern Time (or Central if you're in the panhandle).

Departures and arrivals are always listed in the local times. That's why you can leave, say, Atlanta at 9am and arrive in Nashville at 8:50am. Or depart Tokyo at 3pm Tuesday and arrive in Los Angeles at 10am that same Tuesday.
