some type of sheet that i can print off, that has space to keep track of my ADR's and confirmations numbers, location, etc. for our trip.

Does anyone have one or a link to one? Thanks!

I keep all my reservations on one index card. It fits nicely into my fanny pack and am able to hold all my confirmation numbers and times on it. I didn't think that i would have much room for everything, but you would be surprised what you can fit nicely. I also had a laminator so i didn't have to worry about it gettign wet. I also kept a duplicate in my backpack just in case. Good luck finding something.

I hope you do not mind, but could you send me a copy of it as well? I am feeling overwhelmed with the amount of paper I have printed off and stacked up on my desk.
Thank you in advance.

I made a small table in Microsoft Word, with just the date, restaurant and ADR #. I could tell at a glance which park we'd be at by where the restaurant was located.

I printed important phone numbers on the back (dining, reservations, cell numbers). Then I taped the sides together and "laminated" it with clear packing tape.

The whole thing was about the size of a credit card, but I called it my "Trip at a Glance" and every adult got one. It was quite helpful and out of all the information I provided, this was the most helpful.

Hope you find a system that works for you! Have fun!

and I will send you my spread sheet, I have it configured so it shows the EMH parks by color for morning and night. All the parade times and fireworks, the regular park times and then at the bottom a place for your ADRS by Restaurant, park, time and number.
Then you can print out 1 sheet for the week with everything on it. You will have to edit the hours and such for your time period this is set for last week of Sept 06.
Hope this helps

If you use an Micro Works or, Excel spreadsheets, you can list each days activity per column, giving all your ADR's, show times and park opening and closings per day, all on one sheet.

Me! I am going in Oct. w/family and I never get the EMh days or nights right.

I made a 3 row table in MS Word. In the first row I have the date, park I plan to go to along with hours and the early & Late EMH park for that day. The second row is lunch ADR's. The 3rd row is Dinner ADR's and the Parade & Fantasmic, Spectro, Wishes times for the park I'm going to. I print this off on one sheet and take it to the parks each day. This way if I need to make adjustments or know info for another day I have all the information on one sheet. I print off one sheet for each day so I have a fresh clean copy each morning.

If you have Adobe Acrobat, dowloadable planning sheets can be found at http://www.themouseforless.com/downloads/tripdownloads.shtml

This page includes a complete planning kit, which can be found at http://www.themouseforless.com/downloads/trip/wdwplkit.pdf

There are also Mousekeeping envelopes you can print out (with a little practice).

I've printed several of these pages out, put them into plastic sleeves and inserted them into a 3-ring binder to track everything from our airline reservations to photos of the resort where we'll be staying. When something has been updated or changed its simple to remove the sheet from the sleeve and write down whatever the information is that is being added.

Hi Kerry,
I always thought the "plan your day" option on the actual Disney site works great. It lets you pick your times and write whatever notes u need to write in. :sunny:

touringplans.com has a free trip planner that I swear by! you can keep track of everything! I print two sizes out: the smallest fits in my small purse it would also fit a fanny pack and the medium size fits nicely into my Passporter binder.

wow! everyone has awesome ideas!!! Now I have stuff for master list at home, and ideas for getting sheets off to all the adults on the trip (5 of us!) THANKS EVERYONE!

I love the Dis!!!! :O)

Goofy Dad, I'm sending my email too. Your spreadsheet sounds great.

If anyone would be so kind to email any helpful planners, I would appreciate it. I tried to make my own with park hours for the week I am going but I got to frustrated so I quit. :teeth: Thank you!!

:thumbsup2
