I need help figuring out how to use MDE app?

For example, I keep seeing people can find Rivers of Light dining packages for October, and they can tell what days it's offered on the app.
How the heck are you finding this on the app? Where am I supposed to look? I saw a pic and it had the whole month of October listed for the package.

I can't even find it on the Disney website!

I was just going to say, no dining package on the app, that's why you can't find them. You can only book those on the website.
