I too ordered last week and I am scheduled for delivery today. This is pretty standard East to West coast shipping times. I am excited to see it when I get home tonight.

We got ours yesterday - I am soooo happy! Thank you so much for the info. DH even likes them (though he rolled his eyes at how excited I was about them LOL) and DD13 tried to claim one for her own right now. That's a good thing - she agreed to carry one in the parks if need be They are the perfect size and I love all the nifty compartments. Great buy!

OK, add me to the crew, too. I'll be there the first week of December, also, so I'll be on the lookout for Columbia bags. I ordered a "fatigue" one today, everyone's right, all other colors are sold out.

I have and love the Overland Express Donner bag, but am getting a little tired of the way the flap has to be opened every time, and the little pouch held in by the flap drops down. The Donner bag wastes all the space inside the flap! I was seriously considering taking it to a luggage repair shop and having a zipper put in. I love that this Columbia bag has two zippered pocket on the out side for quick grabs of a pen or fast passes!

Ready to be impressed!

I love my new bag, too. They do seem to be running out fast. I have googled it and it seems that Campmor is the only company that sells this bag...hard to believe because it is so practical and Columbia is such a popular product. Anyway, when this bag does finally run out, you might try Travel Smith. They have a bag called the Security Guide Bag. It costs a lot more, but it looks to be the same size and function in pretty much the same way.

It came yesterday! It looks great! I ordered the fatigue and I don't find it's as green as they show on the website. It's more grayish to me. I can't wait to use it (in over a year ).

Came home to my new bags last night. I got the black and they are really nice. My best friend is headed to New Orleans the end of the month and is taking one with her. We really like the bottle holder and the mesh zipper pouch in the front. Perfect place for Room/Park keys.

While I still love my bag!--am trying to use it everyday now to get used to it...am having trouble with the strap. I'm an over-the-shoulder person (not cross-body). I find the straps all twisty and separated when I go to pick it up--am thinking of putting a couple of Disney pins to hold both sides of the strap together. Also it does cut into my shoulder a little (not so much if I take my camera out)--any ideas for padding?? (looked at how my LLBean bag is padded but that's not removable).

I'm loading mine up right now to try it out for the first time. We're going to a football game and there's a long walk from where we park to the stadium. I'll
need to pack things for DD4 in there, like her drink, snacks and a jacket, so it should be a good trial run.

I took my bag out today on a test run. My mom and I hit the local Outlet Stores Mall her, and we walked for nearly 7 hours. I LOVED my bag. I think it will be perfect.

We took the bag on a test run today to the Carolina Renaissance Festival today - I was very pleased!! I had the water on the side, my huge digi cam inside (it's the Kodak DX7590), antibacterial gel, a pen, some various first aid stuff, our money, CCs, ID, tickets, my scarf and gloves (it was FREEZING in the morning), and some other various things. Love this bag!
