If it were me, I would just give them a ring now and see if there's anything they need to move the application around. It may be adjusting credit limits, or identity verification. I haven't needed to call often, but when I have, they are easy to talk to- not necessarily overly friendly, just a fact based conversation.
I was going to take your advice, but when I logged into my account to check for a possible status update first, I saw the new card listed, so it was approved! It does look like they moved some of the credit from my SW card and my Sapphire, which is perfectly fine. At least if I have to owe taxes I can get a bonus in the process!
I'm really interested in seeing how I use the card and its points as compared to the CSR and Plat (well, after I get through the MSR first lol). I may be dropping either the CSR or the Plat when AF time comes around in late summer/early fall. I'm not a fan of lifestyle-type credits---we don't regularly use Lyft or Uber, we don't need Peloton, Equinox or SoulCycle products, we don't use food delivery apps, etc. I much prefer straightforward hotel or airfare or general travel credits.
